Custom Fees

For all international deliveries outside of Malaysia, there may be charges incurred for import taxes and duties. Please note that these taxes and duties are not included in the product prices and are payable by the customer.

Kindly be advised that Stuck Nails will not be able to reimburse or refund any import taxes or duties.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to our products being made to order, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. We kindly ask you to take extra care in measuring your nails accurately and reviewing your purchases before finalizing your order. Should you have any questions or need assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to us at stuckpressons@gmail.com.

If there is anything wrong with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note that exchanges and returns will only be accepted if the mistake is on our end.

Shipping Policy

All orders take 3-10 business days processing time before shipping. We ship all our packages with International Express Shipping (1-5 business days) as we have found that it is the most reliable and you'll receive your nails in no time!

To ensure smooth customs clearance for your orders, we kindly ask for your cooperation in providing your personal/Tax ID. This information is necessary for completing the shipping documentation.

We will reach out to you via email to collect this information. Please note that we will be unable to ship out your order until this information is provided.

Rest assured, your personal/Tax ID will be used solely for shipping purposes and will not be stored or used for any other purposes.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept this requirement. Please be aware that failure to provide this information will result in the inability to process your order, and unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued in such cases.
